Upper third: forehead and hairline

Forehead contouring reshapes the brow bone prominence and lifts the brows; it is the procedure with the greatest feminizing impact. It can be combined with hairline advancement to reduce the forehead and soften recessions.

Middle third: nose and cheeks

Feminizing rhinoplasty refines the bridge and slightly lifts the tip. It can be complemented with cheek augmentation using your own fat or implants.

Lower third: jaw, chin and lip

Jaw contouring softens the mandibular angle, genioplasty narrows and shortens the chin, and an upper-lip lift shortens the nose-to-lip distance for a more feminine look.

Planning and recovery

Bone procedures are planned on 3D imaging. The main swelling settles in 2-3 weeks and the final result is seen between 6 and 12 months.

Is it better to do everything in one surgery or in stages?

Both options are valid. Combining procedures reduces anaesthesias and time off, but lengthens the operation. We usually group by facial thirds and never exceed anaesthetic safety limits.

Will there be visible scars?

Incisions are hidden in the scalp, inside the mouth or in natural creases. The hairline advancement scar is concealed within the hairline itself.

When can I socialise normally again?

Most patients feel socially comfortable at 2-3 weeks, once the main swelling has gone down. Bruising can be covered with make-up from days 10-14.

Will the result look natural?
