What if I don't have enough fat?

In very slim patients we can plan prior weight gain, prioritise less common donor areas or consider hip/buttock implants in selected cases. We study it in your assessment.

Is the result permanent?

The fat that survives the graft (most of it, after about 12 weeks) behaves like the area's own tissue: it is permanent, although it varies with weight changes.

Can I combine it with breast augmentation?

Yes, it is a common combination that concentrates the silhouette change into a single anaesthesia and a single recovery.

When will I see the final result?

The silhouette shows from the first month, but the stable result is assessed at 3-6 months, once swelling has gone and the fat has integrated.

What it involves
