What it involves
Phalloplasty is the genital reconstruction surgery that builds an adult-sized neophallus from a flap of your own tissue, usually from the forearm (radial flap) or the thigh (anterolateral flap). It is the technique that allows the largest phallus, with the possibility of standing urination and penetrative sex with an erectile prosthesis.
